Real Estate Telesales Executive

We are looking for a confident and result-driven female Real Estate Executive to join our Real Estate team. The candidate will be responsible for client handling, property sales, and achieving sales targets through strong communication and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, referrals, database and digital platforms.

• Understand client property needs and provide suitable options.

• Arrange and conduct property/site visits with prospective buyers.

• Present project details, pricing, and payment plans effectively.

• Build long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat and referral business.

• Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.

• Stay updated with real estate trends and competitor projects.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.

• Confidence in handling client meetings and property tours.

• Target-driven with a positive and persuasive attitude.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred).

• Experience in Real Estate Sales is an advantage (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
