Shift Timing: Fixed Day Shift (9 AM – 6 PM)
Weekly Off: Sunday Fixed Off
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
Hansa Direct Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Lead Generation Executives for its Mahindra process. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging with potential customers, qualifying leads, maintaining lead records, and supporting the sales team to drive conversions.
Handle both inbound and outbound calls to connect with potential customers.
Generate, identify, and qualify leads for Mahindra products and services.
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.
Record and maintain lead data in CRM tools or Excel sheets.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead transfer and follow-up.
Achieve daily and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion quality.
Maintain a professional and courteous communication approach at all times.
Education: Minimum HSC / Graduate (any stream).
Experience:
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Experienced candidates (1–2 years in lead generation, telecalling, or BPO) will be preferred.
Skills:
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to use Excel/CRM systems.
