Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will deliver high-quality customer service by resolving high-volume customer queries and providing guidance on account management, billing, and licensing basics. The role focuses on delivering prompt, empathetic, and professional support while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Experience
Handle customer interactions through chat and voice support channels.
Address customer queries efficiently and ensure timely issue resolution.
Deliver professional and empathetic customer service.
Account & Billing Support
Assist customers with queries related to account access, billing, subscription plans, and product usage.
License & Admin Assistance
Guide customers in user management, seat allocation, and Admin Console navigation.
Creative Tool Support
Provide basic guidance on creative tools such as Adobe Express and Adobe Firefly for everyday tasks like creating resumes, social media posts, and marketing materials.
Documentation & Escalation
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
Retention & Renewal Support
Identify potential renewal opportunities and reinforce product value to customers.
Escalate high-risk accounts to the retention team when required.
Core Competencies
Service Excellence: Strong ability to listen actively and resolve customer concerns effectively.
Communication Skills: Ability to simplify product, billing, and service information.
Sales & Retention Awareness: Basic understanding of renewal identification and customer retention techniques.
Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn and navigate support tools and CRM systems.
Qualifications
Education
Graduate from a recognized university or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Experience
1–3 years of experience in Sales or Customer Support roles in an International BPO environment.
Skills Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Global English proficiency at C1 level or higher (CEFR framework).
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to follow structured processes consistently.
Familiarity with CRM tools or customer support platforms is an advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: Up to ₹5,00,000 per annum
Travel Allowance: ₹3,500 per month
One-way Cab Opt-out Allowance: ₹1,750 per month
