We are seeking energetic and customer-focused professionals to join our International Voice Process team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls from global customers, resolving queries, providing product/service information, troubleshooting basic issues, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues within defined timelines.
Maintain professional and empathetic communication at all times.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
Update customer interactions in CRM/Call Management systems.
Meet performance targets such as call handling time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Follow process guidelines, security protocols, and compliance standards.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral/US/UK accent preferred).
Strong listening skills and ability to handle customer emotions.
Ability to work in night shifts and manage international customers.
Basic computer skills (typing, navigation, CRM usage).
Problem-solving attitude and customer-first approach.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask effectively.
Education: 12th pass / Graduate (any discipline).
Experience:
Experienced candidates from BPO/International Voice background preferred.
