Field Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. NPA Recovery: Actively engage in the recovery process of non-performing assets by initiating enforcement proceedings as per the SARFAESI Act.

2. Legal Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to the provisions of the SARFAESI Act and other relevant laws and regulations while carrying out enforcement activities.

3. Possession and Auction: Take possession of the secured assets after following the due legal process and conduct auctions or sell-offs to recover the outstanding dues.

4. Documentation: Prepare all necessary legal documentation, notices, and communication required for the enforcement process in compliance with legal requirements.

5. Communication: Maintain effective communication with the borrower, guarantors, and other stakeholders involved in the enforcement process.

6. Liaison: Coordinate with legal advisors, financial institutions, and other government authorities as necessary to facilitate the enforcement process.

7. Asset Valuation: Collaborate with valuation experts to assess and determine the fair value of the secured assets before initiating the sale process.
