Job Description:
•Handling Outbound Calls.
•Resolve customer complaints via phone.
•Monitoring customer feedback websites.
•Handling queries raised on social media platforms.
•Daily tracking and follow-up of customer feedback reports.
•Handling customer queries on calls or emails.
Eligibility Criteria:
1.Process: E-commerce (Health and Wellness Product).
2.Outbound Process.
3.Designation: Customer Service Executive.
4.Good Communication and Comprehension skills required, ready to work from office.
5.Location: Mumbai
6.Need to handle Outbound Sales calls and to Resolve customer's online e-commerce-related issues.
7.Shift Timing: 10am to 7pm (Fixed Shift).
8.Week Offs: 6 Days working with 1 rotational off.
9.Qualification: HSC Fresher or Graduate Fresher or any sales Experience.
10.Salary:
•HSC or Graduate Fresher- 17,000 to 20,000 In-hand, Plus Incentives.
•HSC or Graduate Experience- Maximum-21,000 to 25,000 In-Hand Plus Incentives.
11.Age: 18 till 40 Years.
12.Rounds of Interviews: 2 Face to Face Rounds (Hr and Ops Manager).
13 Interview Time: 10 AM till 5 PM
