Job Description

Brief The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of tele sales experience, with knowledge or prior experience in the jewellery industry being an advantage. As a Tele support Executive, you will be responsible for engaging customers over the phone, promoting our jewellery products and services, and driving sales to meet or exceed targets.

Brief Job Description (just an indicative list and not limited to the following)

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote ORRA Fine Jewellery products and services.

2. Engage customers in meaningful conversations, build rapport, and provide exceptional customer service.

3. Utilize strong sales ability to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing information.

4. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about our jewellery products.

5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions and make recommendations.

6. Utilize basic appointment setting techniques to schedule in-store visits for interested customers.

7. Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets within the given timeframe.

8. Pay strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing and maintain a high standard of work.

Skill Required

1. Minimum of 1 years of tele sales experience, preferably in the retail or jewellery industry.

2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

3. Strong ability to engage customers in conversation, build relationships, and close sales.

4. Excellent customer rejection handling skills, along with the ability to handle stress in soliciting customers.

5. Basic knowledge of appointment setting techniques and experience in scheduling customer visits.
