Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, emails, or virtual relationship management (VRM) systems.

  • Resolve customer queries, provide accurate banking information, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for timely resolution.

  • Meet daily and monthly performance targets and service-level agreements (SLAs).

  • Adhere to quality and compliance guidelines as per banking norms.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate (mandatory).

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Banking or BFSI domain.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Versant Level 5 required).

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

  • Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and customer handling abilities.
