Job Summary
We are looking for a Travel Desk Coordinator to manage end-to-end travel arrangements, ensure compliance with company policies, and support employees with travel-related requirements. The ideal candidate should have experience in corporate travel coordination outside the tours, travel, and hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
Manage domestic and international travel bookings (flights, hotels, transport).
Handle invoicing, billing, and reconciliation of travel expenses.
Coordinate with internal teams to support travel requirements.
Guide employees on travel policies, visa requirements, and documentation.
Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company policies and HSE guidelines.
Maintain records of travel bookings, expenses, and vendor details.
Liaise with travel vendors and ensure cost-effective solutions.
Candidate Requirements
1 to 8 years of experience in travel coordination or a similar role.
Experience in industries such as EPC, Manufacturing, Construction, Pharma, or similar.
Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and expense handling.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
Eligibility Criteria
Immediate joiners or candidates with up to a 30-day notice period preferred.
Candidates from tours, travel, and hospitality industry will not be considered.
