2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
Act as the single point of contact for clients to address all queries and concerns.
Maintain regular communication with clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
3. Trade Facilitation & Advisory
Guide clients on how to use trading platforms (mobile app/web portal).
Provide basic information on market trends, stock quotes, and investment options.
Support clients in executing buy/sell orders as per their requirements.
4. Cross-Selling & Revenue Generation
Promote investment products like mutual funds, IPOs, bonds, insurance, etc.
Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for broking turnover and revenue growth.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase business volume.
5. Customer Support & Issue Resolution
Assist clients with account-related issues like KYC updates, margin requirements, fund transfers, etc.
Resolve trade execution problems or platform-related concerns quickly.
Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering prompt support.
6. Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure all client transactions comply with SEBI and Exchange regulations.
Maintain records of client interactions, KYC documents, and trade confirmations.
Identify and flag any unusual trading patterns or risks.
7. Reporting & Feedback
Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on client interactions and trading volumes.
Share market insights and client feedback with the management team.
Suggest strategies to improve client experience and enhance trading activity.
