AR Caller

We are looking for a AR Caller/ Associate Receivable Caller to join our team at Am Medical It Solutions India Private Limited. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to MEDICAL BILLING. The role offers ₹17000 - ₹40000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with insurance companies, patients, and payers on outstanding claims and overdue balances.

• Investigate and resolve denied or underpaid claims, while assisting patients with insurance benefits and balances.

• Document all interactions, resolutions, and follow-up actions in the billing system.

• Negotiate payment plans with patients and arrange alternative payment options as necessary.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.6 - 4 years of experience in AR/Denial Management for Physician Billing. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 5 days working week during the Night shift.
