Cook different dishes following recipes.
Plan and arrange menu items.
Keep track of kitchen supplies.
Maintain cleanliness and food safety.

Key Skills - Any 1 cuisine knowledge / experience (India/Italian/Continental/Asian)
Experience - Minimum 1 year or above ( Barista / Bartender / Restaurant )
Salary - upto 3.65 LPA ( depends on last drawn and experience can be extended)
Qualification - 12th mandatory
Shift timings - 24•7 rotational (any 9 hours)
5 days working 2 rotational week off (Sat Sun Working)
Location - BKC Mumbai
