Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Admin Manager with a strong background in office administration and team handling. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, manage staff, support management, and maintain overall administrative efficiency across the company.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.

  • Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks to ensure performance.

  • Manage travel arrangements, appointments, and agendas for upper management.

  • Handle incoming/outgoing communication – calls, emails, letters, and packages.

  • Support in budgeting and basic bookkeeping tasks.

  • Maintain and update office records, files, and databases.

  • Monitor inventory levels and order office supplies when required.

  • Prepare and submit timely reports to management.

  • Assist other departments or colleagues as needed.


Requirements & Skills:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in an office administrator or admin manager role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.

  • Well-organized with outstanding attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with ERP or office management software.
