Administrative Support
Manage the MD’s daily calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Handle all incoming and outgoing communication on behalf of the MD (emails, calls, correspondence).
Organize domestic and international travel, visas, accommodation, and itineraries.
Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and follow-up minutes.
Maintain a filing system for important documents, contracts, and confidential files.
Business Coordination
Assist in coordinating strategic initiatives and tracking project progress.
Liaise with internal departments on behalf of the MD.
Coordinate meetings with clients, suppliers, partners, and stakeholders.
Support in reviewing contracts, agreements, and business documentation.
Follow up on action items discussed in executive meetings.
