Build internal mobility programs and improve diversity hiring.
Drive employer branding through EVP, digital platforms, and partnerships.
4. Learning & Development
Establish leadership academies and functional learning programs.
Implement blended learning strategies and coaching frameworks.
Cultivate a learning-driven culture.
5. Employee Engagement & Retention
Conduct regular employee engagement initiatives and feedback surveys.
Utilize data to propose actionable culture-enhancing measures.
Formulate retention strategies for key and critical talent pools.
6. HR Governance & Analytics
