Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Commi 1 – Continental to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation of continental dishes, ensuring quality, hygiene, and timely service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing continental cuisine including starters, salads, soups, pasta, sandwiches, and main courses.

• Follow recipes, portion control, and plating standards as per Roastea guidelines.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper storage of ingredients in the kitchen.

• Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.

• Ensure timely preparation of dishes during service hours.

• Handle kitchen equipment responsibly and safely.

Requirements

• Experience: 6 months – 2 years in a Continental kitchen or similar F&B experience.

• Knowledge of continental cooking techniques, sauces, and presentation.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• It is a Full Time Cook / Chef job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
