Job Overview

We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team at Svitch Motocorp Pvt. Ltd. to perform a variety of administrative and front-desk tasks. As part of this role, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organization’s premises. You will also handle front desk responsibilities such as managing mail, answering calls, and supporting day-to-day office administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors and ensure they are directed to the appropriate person or department.

• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.

• Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with all necessary stationery and materials.

• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, courier, and deliveries.

• Maintain visitor records and front desk registers.

• Update calendars, schedule meetings, and assist with travel arrangements when required.

• Perform administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records.

• Support the administration team with day-to-day office coordination tasks.

Job Requirements

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.

• Experience: 2–4 years of experience as a Receptionist / Front Office Executive.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Strong multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Professional attitude with a pleasant personality and customer-service approach.

• It is a Full Time Receptionist job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
