Key Responsibilities:
● Assist in daily food preparation tasks as directed by Commi I.
● Support with ingredient prep, scaling, mixing, baking, finishing, and plating as
needed.
● Follow recipe specifications and kitchen SOPs strictly to maintain product
consistency.
● Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, utensils, and equipment.
● Adhere to food safety protocols including proper storage, labeling, and FIFO.
● Assist in packing, portioning, and dispatching of finished products.
● Report equipment malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor immediately.
● Maintain discipline, personal hygiene, and kitchen etiquette at all times.
