We are looking for a Senior Lab Technican preferably a Metallurgical Engineer to join our team Jyothi Spectro. The role involves monitoring , planning, testing ,operating machinery and maintaining quality standards . This position offers an in-hand salary of 25k to 50K and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor Testing equipment

• Plan daily schedules

• Lead a team of Testing engineers

• If required, Train them

• Maintain NABL records

• Perform preventive maintenance to avoid downtime

• Ensure safety and quality standards are followed

• Collaborate with teams for improvements and new add new tests

• Take care of Mechanical and metallurgical tests

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Btech - Mechanical or preferably Metallurgical Graduate and 5years of experience in quality testing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions, lead a team, value customer service are very important for this role.
