Job Summary

We are seeking Process Chemists with 2–4 years of experience in API or chemical process development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and optimizing chemical processes, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and supporting scale-up activities from R&D to production.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute chemical reactions and processes as per defined procedures and batch manufacturing records.

• Conduct laboratory-scale experiments and assist in process optimization.

• Work closely with the R&D team to support scale-up activities.

• Maintain accurate records of experiments, observations, and results.

• Ensure compliance with cGMP, EHS, and regulatory guidelines.

• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment in good working condition.

• Assist in troubleshooting process-related issues.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: M.Sc. in Chemistry (Organic / Analytical / Applied Chemistry preferred).

• Experience: 2–4 years in API/chemical manufacturing or process development.

• Sound knowledge of organic reactions, process parameters, and chemical handling.

• Understanding of safety practices and laboratory protocols.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
