About the Role:
We are looking for an MIS Executive with strong BPO experience, especially in dialer management, campaign setup, reporting, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate must be organized, analytical, tech-savvy, and able to coordinate with operations teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage dialer (predictive/manual) operations for campaigns.

• Create, modify, and optimize calling campaigns as per business requirements.

• Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports, dashboards, and performance insights.

• Monitor call flows, agent productivity, and campaign output.

• Coordinate with Ops & Tech teams for real-time issue resolution.

• Data management using Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.

• Ensure accuracy, timely reporting, and data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of BPO MIS / Dialer Executive experience.

• Hands-on experience with dialer tools & campaign configuration.

• Strong knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Reports).

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
