
Core Objective
To drive the supply of delivery partners by identifying, sourcing, and onboarding riders through field activities, ensuring the city's delivery fleet meets daily and seasonal demand.
Key Responsibilities
Field Sourcing: Conduct "spot hiring" and field visits to high-potential areas (marketplaces, petrol pumps, transport hubs, and colleges) to generate leads.
Lead Generation: Organize local hiring drives and BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities like distributing flyers or setting up canopy stalls.
Onboarding & Documentation: Conduct document verification (Aadhar, PAN, Driving License, RC) and assist candidates in creating their profiles on the Swiggy Rider app.
Training & Orientation: Briefly explain the payout structure, incentive schemes, and safety protocols to new joiners to ensure "Day 1" readiness.
Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets to maintain the required delivery partner count in specific zones.
Relationship Building: Develop a network of local influencers, shop owners, and community heads to create a steady pipeline of referrals.
Reporting: Maintain a daily tracker of walk-ins, converted leads, and activated IDs.
Eligibility & Requirements
Experience: 6 Months–2 years ( experience in field sales, gig hiring, or blue-collar recruitment is a plus).
Education: 10th, 12th, or Any Graduate
Mandatory Assets: You must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license for field travel.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in the local regional language is essential; basic English is usually sufficient.
Skills: Strong "convincing" skills, local area knowledge, and basic smartphone/app proficiency.
