About the Role
We are looking to hire Technical Support Executives for an international voice process in Gurugram. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with technical queries related to internet connectivity, networking devices, and operating systems. The position requires strong communication skills, basic networking knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
This opportunity is suitable for freshers with technical knowledge as well as experienced professionals who have worked in international customer support or technical support roles.
Compensation
Freshers: ₹30,000 CTC + ₹2,000 Performance Linked Incentive (PLI)
1 Year Experience: ₹33,000 CTC + ₹2,000 PLI
2+ Years Experience: ₹34,000 CTC + ₹2,000 PLI
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to international customers via voice calls.
Troubleshoot issues related to internet connectivity, routers, modems, and networking devices.
Assist customers with Windows installation, setup, and configuration.
Diagnose system and connectivity problems and guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and first call resolution wherever possible.
Accurately document customer issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in internal systems.
Follow company quality standards, compliance requirements, and operational procedures.
Required Technical Skills
Understanding of basic networking concepts (IP configuration, routers, switches, connectivity troubleshooting).
Knowledge of Windows operating system setup and configuration.
Ability to troubleshoot internet and device related technical issues.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Eligibility Criteria
Freshers with technical knowledge can apply.
Minimum 1 year of international customer support experience for experienced candidates.
Graduates only.
Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
