We are hiring Customer Support Executives to handle customer calls, resolve queries, and provide support in a BPO environment.

Responsibilities:
• Handle customer calls professionally
• Resolve queries, concerns, and complaints
• Maintain records of customer interactions
• Escalate complex issues when required
• Meet performance and customer satisfaction targets

Requirements:
• Minimum 12th Pass
• 0–1 year experience (Freshers can apply)
• Good communication skills
• 6 days working – Day shift
