Import Export Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare competitive pricing for air & sea export/import shipments.

• Calculate costs and analyze rates in coordination with carriers and vendors.

• Negotiate rates and secure the best pricing options.

• Monitor market trends, freight rates, and competitor pricing.

• Manage and update rate sheets and pricing records.

• Respond to customer RFQs with accurate quotes including all charges.

• Coordinate with sales, operations, and customer service for smooth pricing flow.

• Maintain compliance with company policies and documentation standards.

• Review pricing performance and ensure profitability.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, verify, and process all import/export documents (Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, LC documentation, etc.)

  • Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, transporters, and customs agents for smooth movement of goods.

  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.

  • Maintain proper records of all shipment-related documents.

  • Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery.

  • Communicate with clients and internal teams to update shipment status.

  • Assist in resolving documentation or shipment-related discrepancies.

  • Support the logistics and operations team as required.
