The Opportunity

Our client is a pioneer in high-performance Adhesives, Tapes, and Abrasives used across the automotive, aerospace, and general manufacturing sectors. We are looking for a high-energy Sales Executive to penetrate the thriving industrial hubs of Gujarat, managing both direct key accounts and a robust distributor network.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Management: Identify, appoint, and manage industrial distributors across Ahmedabad and surrounding regions (Sanand, Changodar, Mehsana).
Direct Industrial Sales: Drive business growth within the manufacturing segment—focusing on OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers in the Automotive, Engineering, and Fabrications sectors.
Technical Consultation: Conduct product demonstrations and "on-the-shop-floor" trials to show the value of advanced bonding and surface-finishing solutions over traditional mechanical fasteners.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity and local market trends to identify new growth pockets in Gujarat’s evolving industrial landscape.
KPI Management: Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets, ensure timely collections, and maintain a healthy pipeline via CRM reporting.
Required Candidate Profile
Experience: 3–6 years of proven sales experience in Industrial Adhesives, Abrasives, or Power Tools.
Industry Background: Candidates coming from a "3M-style" ecosystem (e.g., Henkel, Saint-Gobain, Hilti, Bosch, or Avery Dennison) will be highly preferred.
Segment Expertise: Deep understanding of the Manufacturing & Industrial segment in Gujarat.
Local Fluency: Strong command of Gujarati and Hindi is essential for effective channel partner relationship management.
Mobility: Must be willing to travel extensively across the Ahmedabad industrial belts and occasionally to other parts of Gujarat.
Technical Skills & Competencies
Ability to read technical datasheets and provide application-based solutions.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle price-sensitive industrial distributors.
Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce/Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Excel.
