🎯 Role Purpose
To establish and enhance the digital presence of the company by developing and executing branding, SEO, content, and digital outreach strategies. This role is essential to amplify the company’s positioning as a global innovator in sustainable carbon solutions.
🚀 Key Responsibilities
Website Management: Develop and manage the company website, ensuring updated content, user experience (UX), and SEO optimization.
Branding & Content Creation: Create digital content including blogs, banners, case studies, infographics, and product presentations aligned with the sustainability and innovation narrative.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Perform keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and technical SEO audits to improve search visibility.
LinkedIn & Social Media: Manage the company’s presence on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms; grow engagement with thought leadership, product updates, and industry news.
Campaign Execution: Plan and run digital campaigns (email marketing, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) targeting B2B buyers in tyre, rubber, and sustainability sectors.
Analytics & Reporting: Track website and campaign performance using Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar tools. Prepare monthly digital dashboards for leadership review.
Lead Generation Support: Collaborate with Sales to drive qualified leads from digital channels into CRM.
Event Promotion: Support online visibility for trade shows, product launches, and customer events.
🎓 Qualifications Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media
Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, SEMrush, or similar preferred)
Experience:
2–4 years in B2B digital marketing, preferably in manufacturing, clean-tech, chemical, or industrial sectors
Hands-on experience with SEO tools, CMS (e.g., WordPress), and social media analytics
💡 Key Competencies & Skills
Strong content writing and visual communication ability
Knowledge of B2B buyer behavior and digital funnels
Familiarity with paid media, remarketing, and lead gen campaigns
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, Canva, SEMrush/Ubersuggest
Basic understanding of carbon black, sustainability, or clean-tech is a plus
Self-driven with a creative and data-driven mindset
