Key Responsibilities
Participate in the full sales and recruitment lifecycle for the US IT industry.
Post consultants’ resumes on major US job portals such as Indeed, Dice, Monster,
LinkedIn, and CareerBuilder.
Communicate with clients and vendors in the US market when required.
Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms for sourcing and tracking candidates.
Understand and adhere to the company’s terms and conditions during purchase
order execution.
Conduct feedback sessions with candidates after interviews.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Internship or prior experience in recruitment/sales is a plus.
Familiarity with ATS systems and social media recruiting tools is advantageous.
Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced, US-based environment.
