Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Accountant with a minimum of 1 year of experience and strong knowledge of Tally ERP. The ideal candidate should be able to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries, invoices, and payments.

• Maintain and update financial records using Tally ERP software.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.

• Prepare bank reconciliation statements and monitor cash flow.

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Verify and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.

• Maintain documentation for all financial transactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

• 1 year of experience in accounting or a related role.

• Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Good communication and time management abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
