Location: Secunderabad
Experience: 1–3 Years (Preferably Industry)
Language: Kannada (Mandatory), English, Telugu, Hindi
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Week Off between Monday–Friday)

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Call Center Executive (Outbound Process) to handle enquiry-based leads for our Advanced grohair & gloskin clinics in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle outbound calls to leads generated for Skin & Hair enquiries
Explain treatments, services, and offers confidently
Convince and schedule appointments at our Bangalore clinic locations
Follow up with interested leads and maintain proper call records
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets assigned
Coordinate with clinic teams to ensure smooth appointment flow

Requirements:

Kannada speaking is mandatory
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic computer knowledge
Target-oriented mindset
Experience in healthcare/clinic/cosmetic industry is an added advantage
