We are looking for a high-energy Digital Consultant who can achieve individual sales targets while
also mentoring and guiding sales representatives. This role combines hands-on field sales with sales
coaching, ideal for someone who enjoys consultative selling and leadership.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
Drive personal field sales targets through consultative selling, demos, and relationship
building
100% field role with daily office preparation before scheduling demos
Mentor and coach sales reps on prospecting, pitching, and closing
Conduct joint field calls to provide real-time feedback and guidance
Track team performance and help improve sales funnel management
Motivate and inspire the team through discipline, energy, and success stories
Act as a problem-solver and go-to person for team growth
🎯Candidate Requirements
Minimum 6 months to 4 years of B2B acquisition field sales experience
Experience with Indiamart, TradeIndia, Sulekha, Quikr preferred
Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Mandatory: Hands-on field sales & cold calling experience
Strong communication, rapport-building, and influencing skills
Passion for mentoring and guiding others
