Job Role: Field Sales Executive
We are looking for energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executives to promote and sell our heat pump products. The candidate must be comfortable with daily field visits and client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily field visits to customers, dealers, builders, contractors, and project sites, Architectures, Consultants.
Generate new leads and convert them into sales
Promote and explain the company's heat pump products
Achieve quarterly sales targets
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
Submit daily visit and sales reports
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and follow-ups
Mandatory Requirements:
Fluency in Telugu, English, and Hindi
Must own a two-wheeler
If not owning, the candidate must know how to ride a two-wheeler (valid driving license preferred)
Willingness to travel daily for client visits
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in field sales (Manufacturing / HVAC / Appliances / Electrical / Related Industry preferred)
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Good presentation and convincing skills
