About the Role
The Field Sales Executive will generate and close business through builders, architects, interior designers and end-users. The role involves handling the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to payment closure — while maintaining long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and share product information with prospects
Cold call potential customers and develop relationships
Achieve weekly & monthly sales targets
Conduct site visits and product demonstrations
Identify new markets and target customers
Handle deals end-to-end until payment completion
Coordinate with back office after order closure
Understand customer requirements and provide solutions
Take customer feedback and handle complaints
Coordinate with plant/team to resolve issues quickly
Required Skills
Two-wheeler mandatory (field travel required)
Ability to generate own leads and cover assigned territory
Client relationship management & negotiation skills
Self-driven and target-oriented personality
Preferred Skills
Good communication skills in English & Telugu (spoken/written)
Prior experience in field sales / direct sales / cold calling
Basic MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel)
