Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Floor Manager for our jewellery showroom. The candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in retail management, with strong leadership and customer service skills. The role requires managing showroom operations, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily showroom operations

• Supervise and guide showroom staff

• Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction

• Manage product display and showroom presentation

• Handle customer queries, escalations, and resolve issues

• Prepare sales and performance reports for management

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in retail (jewellery/retail industry preferred)

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to manage a team and handle customers efficiently

• Well-presented, customer-focused, and target-driven

Salary & Benefits
