Job Description

We are looking for a IT Hardware Engineer to join our team at Micro Access Private Limited to resolve hardware & network issues and maintain overall IT infrastructure. This role offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 and a chance to work in a technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and maintain computer systems, networks and hardware
Diagnose and fix hardware/software issues
Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity problems
Install and configure operating systems and security tools
Maintain documentation for IT procedures and system updates
Level -3 Onsite Support must have knowledge of Server and Firewall management and installation
Must have knowledge of Enterprise Hardware.
Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
Ask customer-targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
Guide the clients through a series of steps/actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they have solved their technical issue
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
Ensure all issues are properly logged and timely solve.

Job Requirements:

Provides Level-3 technical support for servers, firewalls, and enterprise systems, resolving complex issues, handling escalations, and ensuring stable, high-quality IT service delivery.
