Job Role: Telesales Executive – Health Insurance

Location: Thane, Wagle Estate

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass

Experience:

  • Minimum 6 months of on-paper telesales experience

Skills Required:

  • Very good English communication (V4/V5 level)

  • Confident and target-oriented

Salary:

  • Up to ₹23,000 in-hand

  • Training Period: 30 days

  • Training Stipend: ₹10,000

Shift & Work Conditions:

  • Day Shift (Rotational)

  • 1 Rotational Week Off

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers for Tata AIG Health Insurance

  • Explain product benefits, features & generate sales

  • Maintain call quality standards

  • Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company processes
