We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team at HumMile Services Private Limited. The role involves end to end sales and, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹20000 - ₹25000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or database.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products/services.
Present product features, pricing, and benefits clearly and confidently.
Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales.
Achieve or exceed monthly/weekly sales targets.
Follow company sales process and update customer information in CRM.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Handle customer objections, answer queries, and provide solutions.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for promotions and service delivery.
Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and sales in the sales tracker.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 6+ years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
