Role Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated Tele-Sales Executives to join our dynamic

As a Tele-Sales Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective

customers, explaining product offerings, handling objections, and converting leads into

confirmed sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and pitch products/services

• Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions

• Follow up with interested prospects and maintain daily call records

• Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

• Maintain professionalism and a positive approach in all customer interactions

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English

• Confidence in voice-based customer interaction

• Sales-driven mindset with a focus on targets

• Basic knowledge of computers and call reporting
