Working Days: 5 Days a Week (2 Alternate Week Offs)
Employment Type: Full-Time

CTC: 3.79 LPA: 25,000 to 27,000 Monthly request to approval on last salary drawn.

About the Role:

ICICI Lombard is looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Executive for its Navi Mumbai location. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and minimum 1 year of experience in any sales industry. This role focuses on managing customer queries, providing policy support, and ensuring excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers and understand their general insurance requirements.

• Handle customer queries related to policy details, renewals, claims, and documentation.

• Maintain customer records and update information accurately in the system.

• Follow up with customers to ensure quick and complete resolution of issues.

• Coordinate with internal departments for escalations and problem-solving.

• Deliver high-quality service aligned with ICICI Lombard standards.

• Perform upselling or cross-selling activities when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in any sales industry (mandatory).

• Graduate preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM).

• Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving ability.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
