Job Summary:
The Admission Representative is responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process — from inquiry to enrollment. This includes providing detailed information about programs, assisting with application procedures, and ensuring an excellent student experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and counseling skills, along with a passion for education and student success.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle student inquiries via phone, email, walk-ins, and online channels.
Counsel prospective students on courses, eligibility, career paths, and admission procedures.
Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments through effective communication and persuasion.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all programs, admission requirements, and institutional policies.
Organize and participate in admission campaigns, seminars, and events.
Process application forms and ensure timely completion of admission documentation.
Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for smooth onboarding of new students.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and conversions in CRM or database systems.
Achieve individual and team admission targets within deadlines.
Provide post-admission support and ensure a seamless transition for enrolled students.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Education, Marketing, or related field.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
Fluency in English and local languages.
