Job Description

Job Title: Tele-sales Executive – General Insurance

Company: General Insurance Co. Ltd.

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Salary: ₹30,000 gross per month + Incentives

Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell ICICI Lombard insurance products.

  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and effectively.

  • Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.

  • Maintain customer records in the CRM system.

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  • Handle customer queries and provide prompt, accurate assistance.

  • Ensure compliance with company and IRDAI regulations.
