Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Telesales Executive with a B.Pharm qualification to join our pharmaceutical sales team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products over the phone to healthcare professionals, distributors, and retail pharmacies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Promote and sell the company’s pharmaceutical products over the phone.

• Explain product features, dosage, contraindications, and benefits to potential buyers.

• Manage customer queries and provide accurate information based on product knowledge.

• Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer information.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) is mandatory.

• Prior telesales or inside sales experience in the pharmaceutical sector is preferred.

• Strong verbal communication.
