Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Develop and manage export sales in Chile market
Generate new leads, appoint distributors & expand dealer network in Chile
Handle international calls, emails & virtual meetings with Chile clients
Prepare Quotations, Proforma Invoice (PI) & sales contracts
Coordinate with production & dispatch team for timely shipment
Manage export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, etc.)
Follow up for advance & balance payments
Track shipment status & update clients regularly
Prepare weekly & monthly export sales reports
