Manage end-to-end administrative operations across textile units, retail outlets, and corporate/e-commerce offices.

Oversee facilities management, maintenance, security, housekeeping, and utilities.

Coordinate with vendors, service providers, landlords, and logistics partners

Support retail stores and e-commerce operations with administrative and facility needs

Assist in new store openings, office setups, and unit expansions

Maintain company assets, records, licenses, and statutory documentation

Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements

Prepare and control administrative budgets and optimize costs

Lead, train, and supervise administrative staff across locations.
