Job Title: tele Collections Executive

Work Schedule: 6 Days Working | 1 Day Week Off

Work Location:Tin Factory, KR puram, Bangalore (Work From Office)

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 In-Hand +ctc + Performance-Based Incentives up to ₹15,000

Eligibility:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in tele collections / recovery / outbound calling preferred

• Freshers with strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills can also apply

Job Overview:

We are hiring tele Collections Executives to follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments and ensure timely recovery through outbound calls. The role requires good communication skills, negotiation ability, and a target-oriented mindset.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers for payment follow-ups

• Remind customers about due and overdue payments

• Explain payment options and resolve payment-related queries

• Negotiate and convince customers for timely repayment

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

• Ability to handle pressure and work with targets
