We are hiring for the position of Vehicle Loan Executive / Vehicle Loan Processor for our office located in Tin Factory, KR Puram, Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for handling vehicle loan applications, coordinating with customers, verifying documents, and ensuring smooth processing of loans from application to disbursal.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of loan processing, customer handling ability, and attention to detail.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle vehicle loan applications from customers.

• Collect and verify required documents for loan approval.

• Check customer eligibility as per company and lender criteria.

• Coordinate with internal teams and financial institutions for smooth processing.

• Maintain accurate records of applications and customer details.

• Follow up with customers for pending documents and updates.

• Resolve customer queries related to vehicle loans.

• Achieve processing targets and maintain service quality.

• Build good relationships with customers and provide timely support.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
