Job Opening: Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive

Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and result-driven Telecallers / Tele Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, customer-handling ability, and prior experience in telecalling or telesales.

Salary & Benefits

In-hand salary: ₹17,000 – ₹24,000
CTC: Up to ₹28,000
Incentives: Up to ₹15,000 (performance-based)

Roles & Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers
Explain products/services clearly and confidently
Generate leads and close sales targets
Maintain customer follow-ups and build relationships
Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 6 months experience in telecalling / telesales
Languages mandatory: English & Hindi (fluency required]
Ability to work with targets and under pressure
