Job Title: Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Telesales Executive for the Loan Process who can handle outbound calls, explain loan products, generate leads, and close sales by converting customer inquiries into successful loan applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers to promote loan products (Personal Loan / Home Loan / Business Loan
Explain loan features, interest rates, EMI options, eligibility, and documentation
Understand customer requirements and suggest the best suitable loan product
Generate leads and convert prospects into loan applications
Ensure compliance with company policies and process guidelines

Key Skills Required:

Good communication skills (English +Hindi)
Strong convincing and negotiation skills

Eligibility:

Qualification: PUC / Any Graduate
Experience: Fresher or Experience in Telesales/Loan Process preferred
