Job Role:

We are hiring a Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls, explaining products/services, and maintaining good customer relations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

• Explain company products/services and generate interest.

• Maintain customer database and records of interactions.

• Follow up with leads for conversions.

• Achieve daily/weekly calling targets.

• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries politely.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Fresher candidates are welcome.
