Job Title: Agri Advisor (Fresher)

Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

Department: Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with farmers, dealers, and retailers to identify their concerns and provide effective solutions.

• Offer expert advice on customized solutions and recommend the company's products for optimal crop usage.

• Anticipate the needs of customers based on crop lifecycles and proactively offer relevant solutions.

• Convert leads into sales by clearly communicating the value proposition of company products.

• Cultivate long-term relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and elevating existing clients to key accounts through strategic engagement.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data in the CRM system.

• Contribute to special projects as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.

• Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

Required Skills:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Required Languages:

Proficiency in either Hindi or English is mandatory.

Knowledge of one or more of the following regional languages is highly desirable:

• Kannada

• Tamil

• Malyalam

• Bangali

• Marathi
